A: We are located in Cyprus, but we do not have a physical store. We operate as a warehouse and only sell online.

Q: Can I place a pre-order for an out of stock product?

A: Yes, customers are able to place pre-orders for out of stock products. Please note that delivery may take longer.

Q: How long does domestic shipping take for in-stock products?

A: Domestic shipping within Cyprus for in-stock products takes 1-2 business days.

REFUNDS

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We do not offer money back once you receive the product, however, if you cancel the order before shipping, you will receive a full refund. If you receive the product and wish to exchange it for something of the same price or exchange it with the same product in a different size, you have 5 days to contact us.
